The #MeToo and #TimesUp campaigns have put workplace sexual harassment on the front page. Many have been wondering: "How do we prevent sexual harassment before it starts?" and "What would it take and how could I get our leadership on board?" Together we can explore the answers to these questions and more.

Learning Objectives

After this three-hour workshop, you will be able to:

  • Create a vision of an equitable workplace
  • Identify ways discrimination shows up in your workplace
  • Articulate the impact of equity in the workplace to the bottom line

As part of your participation, we will ask for an extended evaluation of the workshop so that we may work to continuously improve our offerings.
